Efficient and proactive approach to operational execution
As Supply Planner, you are responsible for efficiently and proactively managing inventory of our jewellery products at our Distribution Centres and for high service levels to Pandora stores, E-com and partners in our markets. You will focus on order management and be responsible for day-to-day activities and collaboration with our production in Thailand.
You will be the critical operational link between global supply and tactical planning, Pandora’s production sites in Thailand, Distribution Centre Operations and markets supplied from it. You will also be collaborating with the Global and local Merchandizing on weekly allocation priorities. Additional accountabilities include:
- Monitoring delivery status from production in Thailand for proactive improvement of DC service level
- Production order management, ensuring high product availability and right inventory product mix across the assortment and commercial priorities
- Collaborating with tactical manager on weekly planning and order placement cycle, including carrying out plan validation
- Monitoring critical KPIs (fill-rate and backorder) at distribution centre, root causing of performance development and improvement activities
- Maintain Safety Stock parameters in alignment with commercial priorities and product lifecycle
- Item master data and system setup maintenance through the full product life cycle
- Efficient and proactive approach to operational execution
- Managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders from different functional areas, providing relevant information across the value chain

In this position, we are looking for a fact-based and result-driven team player who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. You will need strong analytical skills as well as the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner. It is important that you are customer-oriented and excel in building relationships – and that you can collaborate cross-functionally in a global environment. Furthermore, we hope that you have or can demonstrate:
- +3 years of experience within Planning, Processes, Supply Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain Development or similar
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering or similar
- Experience with advanced planning systems e.g., AX Dynamics and Logility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- APIC certification (is a plus)
- Project management skills (is a plus)
