For en af vores interessante IT kunder i Århus, søger vi nu en IT-recruiter, som skal source kandidater. Din vigtigste opgave er at identificere de rigtige kandidater til ledige stillinger primært via Linkedin. Du tager den indledende snak med kandidaterne, hvorefter teamet af recruitere tager over på processen og afholder samtaler.
Der er tale om en stilling for 5 måneder; med mulighed for forlængelse eller evt. fastansættelse. Du skal kunne starte snarest muligt.
Din profil:
- Du har erfaring med sourcing af IT profiler, særligt software udviklere
- Du er selvstændig og initiativrig
- Du er energisk og byder
- Du taler og læser dansk og engelsk uden problemer
- Du kan fremvise ren straffeattest
