On behalf of our Client Digital Strategi Scandinavia, we are now looking for a Digital Transformation Manager

As the Transformation Manager you will lead the Transformation programme and be the focal point between Digital Strategi Skandinavia and the client's Senior Management Team.
You will lead and manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring the collaboration between Digital Strategi Skandinavia's delivery team and the client's key employees.

What kind of background are we looking for in our Digital Transformation Manager?

  • You are a senior manager with 7+ years' experience who is used to taking full responsibility for profitability, quality and personnel.

  • Experience in delivering digital solutions and driving forward processes within digital transformation which involve changes in the organisation, technology and approach within the area of sales and marketing.

  • You have experience with leading roles in strategically important projects either as part of a larger organisation or in start-ups, in international environments.

  • Data driven and able to communicate analysis and reports to senior management

  • You have a broad and relevant contact network at managerial level.
