Experis søger en koordinator til en af vores spændende kunder på Holmen i København.
Det er en midlertidig stilling med start snarest muligt og af 4 mdrs. varighed. Stillingen er vurderet til 30 timer ugentligt, og du er selv med til at planlægge fordelingen.

Primære opgaver
  • PA support til institutleder, herunder mailhåndtering, informationsmails etc.
  • Håndtering af fakturaer
  • Ad hoc administrative opgaver
  • Være kontaktperson til serviceafdelingen


Din profil
  • Du er struktureret, proaktiv og er ikke bange for at lære nyt
  • Du trives blandt kreative mennesker
  • Er serviceminded og kan kommunikere positivt
  • Kender du til de offentlige systemer (ex. Indfak, Rejsud) er det en fordel
