Det er en midlertidig stilling med start snarest muligt og af 4 mdrs. varighed. Stillingen er vurderet til 30 timer ugentligt, og du er selv med til at planlægge fordelingen.
Primære opgaver
- PA support til institutleder, herunder mailhåndtering, informationsmails etc.
- Håndtering af fakturaer
- Ad hoc administrative opgaver
- Være kontaktperson til serviceafdelingen

- Du er struktureret, proaktiv og er ikke bange for at lære nyt
- Du trives blandt kreative mennesker
- Er serviceminded og kan kommunikere positivt
- Kender du til de offentlige systemer (ex. Indfak, Rejsud) er det en fordel
