Som rekrutteringskonsulent håndterer du end-to-end rekrutteringer og bliver derfor en del af hele processen. Via relevante medier identificerer du de rette kandidater.
Det er vigtigt, at du i alle processer sørger for at være effektiv, samtidig med at virksomheden hele tiden er compliant. Du kommer til at være med i rekrutteringer på alle niveauer og på tværs af Norden og Baltikum.
Din profil:
- Du har erfaring med rekruttering af enten finansielle eller tekniske profiler og er vant til at mange rekrutteringer i gang på samme tid
- Relevant teoretisk baggrund
- Du er selvstændig og initiativrig og er tryg i mødet med hiring managers og kan udfordre disse
- Du taler og læser dansk og engelsk og kommunikerer uden problemer på begge sprog
- Du kan fremvise ren straffeattest
Det er vigtigt for os, at du tager ansvar og tør tage beslutninger.
