Administrative Assistant – Procurement Support (June–December 2026)
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a structured and proactive Administrative Assistant to support procurement services within an international organisation in Copenhagen.

You will be working at a European agency with a central role in supporting EU level processes and administrative frameworks. About the Role
As Administrative Assistant, you will support the agency’s procurement services with a variety of administrative, coordination and documentation tasks. The role requires accuracy, independence and strong communication skills, as you will be involved in preparing procurement documentation, monitoring progress and supporting internal processes.
You will work closely with experienced officers while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation, management and monitoring of call for tenders (e.g. drafting procurement documents and award related documentation)
- Monitoring and progress reporting on the implementation of the annual procurement plan
- Administrative and secretarial tasks carried out with a high degree of independence
- Communication tasks involving both internal and external stakeholders
- Support with other administrative tasks within the unit as needed (e.g. access to documents requests, data protection, facilities management)
Your Profile
Education
- Completed advanced secondary education, preferably within administration, communication or finance
- Experience within procurement, administration or similar fields is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience with procurement or finance databases is an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Service minded, structured and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Language Skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English

- Start date: Between 1 and 15 June 2026
- End date: 15 December 2026
