On behalf of J&J Med Tech Nordics, we are seeking a temporary Bids and Tender Representative based in Denmark (Copenhagen)



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented consultant to join our team as a Bids and Tender Representative. In this assignment, you will be responsible for managing tender and contract activities to meet targets and fulfill market demands, ensuring the timely submission of bids, and maintaining accurate bid records. The working environment is in an informal tone and with a good sense of humor. You will work closely with our Danish and Norwegian sales organization and in close cooperation with Bids and Tender reps and pricing in Sweden and Finland to ensure smooth operations.

This is a temporary position created in connection with organizational reorganization. For the right candidate, the role may potentially open up for longer-term opportunities once the new structure is in place.

The role offers flexibility in terms of onsite and remote work.
Office location is in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tender and contract activities in adherence to related work instructions, within all phases of the procurement and contract lifetime.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to gather all necessary information and documentation for bid submissions.
  • Keep a comprehensive bid tracking system and ensure all bid records are accurately documented.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate pricing information in the contract management system. Update pricing data based on changes in contract terms and price agreements. Collaborate with the Pricing team to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
  • Answering customer inquiries related to B&T.
  • Support the creation of new solutions to make the tender and contract management process more efficient.
  • Develop a strong network with the Country Sales & Marketing organization.
  • Follow all relevant rules and regulations within the department's responsibility.


Qualifications
Required:
  • Strong experience and understanding of public procurement, purchase law, and contract law, legal documentation, and related requirements.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Fluency in Danish language is required, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and foster internal and external relationships and work collaboratively to drive results.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a structured and compliant manner in a regulated environment.

Preferred:
  • Post-secondary education, within a legal field.
  • Experience from the Med Tech industry.
  • Understanding of the Danish Health Care system.
  • Familiarity in other Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish).
  • Financial awareness and numerical skills.
