Erfaren freelance Test Manager – Offentlig kunde i København
Vi er på udkig efter en tung Test Manager-profil (Specialist/Senior konsulent) til en spændende fuldtidsopgave hos en offentlig kunde i Københavnsområdet.
Periode: Medio juni 2026 – ultimo april 2027 (ca. 11 mdr.)

Opgaven kort fortalt:
Du får det overordnede ansvar for planlægning, styring og rapportering af testaktiviteter i afklarings- og transitionsfasen af et større it-program. Rollen kræver tæt samarbejde med kundens testorganisation og øvrige leverandører.
Vi leder efter dig, der:
-Relevant kandidatuddannelse eller tilsvarende uddannelsesniveau
-Minimum 10 års erfaring inden for testledelse og kvalitetssikring
-Løbende kompetenceudvikling gennem efteruddannelse og certificeringer
-ISTQB Advanced Test Manager (eller tilsvarende)
-ITIL-certificering v3 og/eller v4
-Stærk erfaring med samarbejde på tværs af organisationer, fagområder og leverandører
-Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt under brede rammer med fuldt ansvar for egne leverancer
-Markante analytiske kompetencer og erfaring med komplekse tekniske og forretningsmæssige problemstillinger
Evne til at rådgive ledelse og nøgleinteressenter professionelt om test, kvalitet, metoder og værktøjer
Klar forståelse for sammenhængen mellem eget ansvarsområde og den samlede organisation
Meget stærke kommunikationsevner – både over for ledelse, kolleger og eksterne samarbejdspartnere
Flydende dansk i skrift og tale
