HR- og Lønsupporter til Nordea – 6 måneders tidsbegrænset ansættelse
Vi søger på vegne af Nordea en kompetent og serviceorienteret medarbejder til en tidsbegrænset stilling på seks måneder. Rollen er placeret i et professionelt HR-supportmiljø, hvor du bliver en central kontaktperson for Nordeas medarbejdere i Danmark.
Stillingen
Du vil indgå i et team, der håndterer daglige henvendelser fra medarbejdere via telefon, tickets og chat. Der forventes 20–30 henvendelser pr. dag, og du skal trives i en rolle med høj kontaktflade og varierede spørgsmål.
Arbejdsopgaverne omfatter:
- Besvarelse af HR-relaterede spørgsmål (ca. 70%)
- Support på lønrelaterede spørgsmål (ca. 30%)
- Gennemgang og forklaring af lønsedler
- Vejledning om generelle lønforhold, skatteforhold og ferieafregning
- Daglig håndtering af telefoniske henvendelser, chats og tickets
Kvalifikationer
- Erfaring fra HR-support, kundeservice eller lønadministration er en fordel
- Evne til at læse og forstå en lønseddel
- Professionel kommunikation og stærke servicekompetencer
- Struktureret tilgang og evne til at håndtere mange henvendelser effektivt
- Åben for både kandidater med begrænset erfaring og kandidater med solid erfaring
- Høj grad af engagement og lyst til at lære nyt
- Dansk og Engelsk kundskaber
Arbejdsform og vilkår
- Arbejdssted: Nordea i København S
- 3 dage på kontoret, 2 dage hjemme (primært fysisk fremmøde)
- Opstart: Hurtigst muligt
- Fuldtid 37 timer
- Varighed: 6 måneder
- Mulighed for forlængelse, men kan ikke garanteres
