The Role
You will enjoy an exciting and varied workday, where you will support the operational process and the delivery of service solutions to a leading pharmaceutical client with head quarter in Denmark. You will be responsible for ensuring that the onsite team fosters a service-oriented culture and that SLAs and key performance targets are consistently met within the MSP program. Additionally, you will ensure that the procurement process complies with contractual requirements, internal policies, and best practices, while also identifying and supporting continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages a team including performance, development, training, setting and reviewing team objectives, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and skills transfer amongst the team.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with the team to ensure productive and long-term relationships and exceptional standards of service delivery and pro-active resourcing planning with the teams.
  • Interfaces with key stakeholders (both internal and external) and facilitate communication channels between recruiting managers and the delivery team.
  • Develop strong client relationships with all levels of management. Achieve and meet service levels as agreed with the client through the timely delivery and placement of contingent staff and/or Statement of Work. Management of delivery through the most effective sourcing strategy and classification without compromising on quality.
  • Developing and maintaining all reporting and management tools/ reports for internal and external use.
  • Supporting the Talent Solution Director in the strategic vision and development of the program and in managing strategic relationships with all partners including technology providers, consultancies and vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance internally and externally at all stages of the procurement process.

Your Background
We are looking for a bright, proactive, and adaptable professional to join our team in supporting a leading MSP program. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of operational expertise, people leadership, and client-facing experience. You should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Several years of experience in MSP, recruitment or consultancy, or procurement environments; additional experience is highly valued.
  • Proven experience working with vendor management systems (VMS).
  • Solid and proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and/or managing a team.
  • Strong background in advising and partnering with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, behavioral interviewing, candidate management, and team leadership preferably within the IT consultancy or life sciences talent space.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced, international corporate environments.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and foster team development.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of problem-solving and implementing best practices across teams.
  • Experience managing performance against KPIs, detailed reporting, and budget oversight.
  • Ability to consult with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MSP, recruitment, or HR/procurement processes and methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • The successful candidate must be able to speak and write fluently in both Danish and English, as the role involves communication with both local and international stakeholders.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing demanding workloads, with the confidence to push back when necessary.
  • A true team player—supportive, dependable, and always ready to lend a hand.
