Customer Service Front Office Team Manager

The position
Being CS Front Office Manager for Denmark, you will be responsible for all Customer Service activities and functions concerning the Front office team, with staff consisting of 7 people, working in both Denmark and Tallinn, Estonia.

Principal responsibilities
  • Coordinate and further develop a “ONE-Team” culture across the front office team of the Danish customer service located in Ballerup, Denmark, and Tallinn, Estonia.
  • Take full responsibility for coordinating work within the order-to-bill process, including handling queries related to Hospital and Homecare, industrial, and specialty gas order segments.
  • Oversee the team's activities across various customer service touchpoints, including phone and Salesforce Case Management, while ensuring agreed REN targets are met.
  • Optimize processes, enhance services, and prioritize customers' and stakeholders' needs in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager in Denmark.
  • Build a supportive team environment by taking ownership of customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Thrive in a challenging work environment and create a supportive atmosphere to help achieve common goals.

  • Strong leadership skills, a coaching mindset and experience managing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, preferably gained in larger organizations within similar industries.

  • Teamwork and cooperative skills.
  • Great planning and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT applications and fluency in both Danish and English.
