We are looking for a passionate Document Control and Data Governance Specialist to join our team for a 3-month temporary assignment. In this role, you will be employed by Experis and work directly with Stillstrom. Your main task will be to support the development and implementation of our document control and data governance processes.

Your Qualifications
  • Expertise in Document Control
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint as a filing system
  • Familiarity with Master Document Registers and Document Numbering conventions
  • Understanding of data governance processes, including data segregation and access control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 framework as applied to information management workflows
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
  • Ability to use Microsoft Teams to generate approval workflows
  • Familiarity with RACI or similar authority matrices

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement document control processes using MS SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Coordinate document control across various activities, including product development, feasibility studies, FEED, Detailed Design Engineering, and HSSEQ management systems documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvements in information management.
  • Design and conduct training sessions on document control and information management.


Specific Deliverables - Document Control:
You will be responsible for creating a document management system for Stillstrom using SharePoint and Teams. This involves developing and implementing a document control process that will standardize company operations. Once the process is established, you will launch, implement, and manage it to ensure compliance.

Specific Deliverables - Information Management:
In this role, you will assist in establishing company standards for digital filing and promote standard practices for managing digital information. You will oversee document libraries, including the clean-up of existing file and folder structures. Additionally, you will develop and implement protocols for archiving and deletion.
