Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibility will be to further help us develop the MSP program and here the procurement process including IT consultancy for a very successful and well-known pharma company in Denmark.

The MSP program has been active for more than 5 years now and we are facing a continued growth, with exciting new initiatives on the way, why we now have the opportunity to increase our highly rated service by onboarding a Program Administrator

The Program Administrator will become part of a dedicated team that is located onsite with the customer close to their primary users. As a Program Administrator you’ll play a pivotal role in the creation and maintenance of Contingent Workers and Statement of Works (SOW) ensuring client requests are handled in a timely and correct manner. The role requires daily contact with our customer's hiring Managers, of which your role will be to support and advise them within a wide field of different types of inquiries.

Main areas of responsibility:
  • Handle all cases within the Vendor Management System (VMS) related to the creation, Maintenance and management of Contingent Workers, and Statement of Work
  • Oversee and drive the Coupa Contingent Workforce tool, ensuring smooth operation and optimum utilization
  • Provide first-line support related to our services, promptly resolving issues, and addressing queries to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders such as vendors, System Managers, and internal client teams.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement initiatives to improve the customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate
We are in search of a highly motivated and seasoned Program Administrator with a keen interest in IT talent acquisition. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our end-to-end processes within our selected tools and maintaining the highest standards of service case management within our Vendor Management System (VMS).

Our ideal candidate thrives in a role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. They will ensure swift and efficient processing of cases and incidents, working in a cooperative and engaging manner with both internal and external teams.

The successful candidate will be inherently self-driven, combining a strong technical aptitude with a service-oriented mindset. They will exhibit a proactive approach, consistently taking the initiative to improve processes and deliver superior results.

About you
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick solutions to issues.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting purposes
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to explain technical subjects to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and present customer data
  • Experience with operating with procurement processes and contracts. -
  • Knowledge of MSP operations would be a distinct advantage

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably within service, support or staffing.
  • Able to speak and write English and Danish fluently
