For one of our MSP programs, which has been active for more than 5 years, we are facing continued rapid growth which has enabled the opportunity to increase our highly valued service by onboarding a Program Professional.

Key Responsibilities
The Program Professional will become part of a dedicated team that is located at customer premises in Greater Copenhagen. As a Program Professional you will be responsible for ensuring that the client’s contingent staffing needs are met through a streamlined and efficient procurement process for the sourcing of IT consultants. The role requires daily contact with our customer's hiring managers and supplier base to efficiently drive and facilitate the procurement process.

Main areas of responsibility:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client's users and provide advice and guidance throughout the sourcing process.
  • Collaborate with the customer's users to understand their consultancy needs and provide advice on best practice.
  • Facilitate the entire sourcing process, including but not limited to sourcing, contract negotiation, managing budgets and ensuring compliance towards procurement policies and procedures.
  • Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and deal with any challenges that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement initiatives to improve the customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Professional to join our thriving team in sourcing top consultants within IT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of requisitions and sourcing events to quickly identify and secure the best talent.

You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage the customer relationship from onboarding to ongoing support. We expect that you are self-driven, understand customer success drivers, address questions, resolve issues, and - over time – can serve as a trusted advisor to our client users. The ideal candidate has prior experience with either recruitment or contingent workforce management.

About you
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Possess a customer-oriented and outgoing approach.
  • Proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to explain technical subjects to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for taking part in delivering advanced analytics and a desire to deeply understand benefits, use cases, and customer requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably within IT purchasing, staffing sourcing or contract administration
  • Are familiar with streamlined sourcing processes.
  • Professional proficiency within spoken and written Danish and English.
