Talent Attraction Specialist for Renewable Energy
Are you our new RPO team member, for our Talent Acquisition and Attraction team, that supports our client, a leader in the Renewable Energy sector with their recruitment tasks and initiatives?
We are looking for someone who has solid experience within the recruitment area and recruitment marketing strategies & tactics as well as experience with Employer Branding.
You will be a part of an energetic and engaged team that delivers outstanding results. More importantly, the team cares a lot for each other, and they make sure to have fun while working. You will join a diverse and international team of Recruiters and TA specialists and have the opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Main areas or work and responsibilities
In alignment with the corporate talent attraction strategy, you will be responsible for cascading corporate talent attraction campaigns as well as customizing and implementing regional talent recruitment events and activities tactics (job postings, digital, other collateral, photo shoot coordination, and recruitment-related events) that promote the company’s brand and values to potential employees.
You will analyze campaigns, tactics, relationships, or event effectiveness and outcomes and use them for reporting as well as to improve future efforts.
You will be the lead ambassador to attend recruitment events.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an External Employee Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with recruitment marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have access to transportation to attend and lead recruitment events
- BSc in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Specialist who is based in Denmark, preferably in the Aarhus area, working onsite in Aarhus at least twice per week.
