IT Risk Consultant 

Experis is, on behalf of BNP Paribas Personal Finance looking for an IT Risk Consultant.


Express Bank, a part of BNP Paribas Group has experienced great progress and growth in recent years and is therefore looking for a skilled IT Risk Consultant to support the business in projects and other risk related tasks. You will work with internal stakeholders: Lines of business in PF Nordics, PF IT Risk community and external stakeholders: All service providers concerned with data processing.

Basic Mission
    • Ability to understand the different sets of security requirements, compliance standards and threat landscapes, and to be able to apply these in the constructive dialogues with project teams.
    • Responsible for risk assessments concerning IT risk, security and continuity integration in the project life cycle.
    • Team member of the IT Risk team concerned with IT Risk activities related to the identification, analysis and monitoring of remedial action plans concerning IT cyber risks.


Major activities and responsibilities
    • CIA asset classification and assessment based on the rules defined by the Group
    • Inventorying identified risks and vulnerabilities ensuring these are followed throughout projects
    • Support to the Outsourcing Compliance team regarding IT Risk aspects in the project integration and procurement processes concerning outsourced activities.
    • Aid deploy the IT Risk Management process; support roll out of updated IT Risk process and improve IT risk process maturity to facilitate the IT Strategy implementation


Personal Skills and Expertise needed
    • A bachelor and certification in CRISC, CISM, ISO27001, COBITv5 or equivalent will be advantageous.
    • Knowledge and application of relevant security related standards and certifications, e.g. ISO27000, NIST required
    • Years of experience with cyber and or IT- security
    • Strong IT Security and Continuity acumen
    • Good knowledge and understanding of IT frameworks and technologies
    • IT control and compliance skills
    • Risk Management skills
    • Reporting & project tasks discipline
    • Good coordination abilities
    • Corporate language is in English and good communication skills required
    • Team collaboration
    • Proactive and display empathy
