We are now looking for a new Product Specialist for our Medical Solutions Division - 3M Skin and Wound Care covering Copenhagen and also rest of Zealand.

The Role
The Product Specialist is responsible for the sales, penetration and use of 3M Advanced Wound Care, Skin Integrity and Compression portfolio, customer relationship development and outcome management activities. Focused on sales and product utilisation in the primary care setting, the product specialist is responsible for achieving the revenue goals from the assigned customers through selling to clinical staff.

The Product Specialist drives the selling, penetration and use in all types of accounts and will support financial and strategic territory goals by driving 3M Advanced Wound Care, Skin Integrity and Compression use, organising product and clinical training in primary care settings.

As a Product Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Leading the execution of 3M Medical value propositions that will help customer succeed
  • Implementing contracts and NPI’s
  • Determining value-based pricing
  • Supporting marketing with VOC intelligence
  • Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives through creative selling
  • Driving utilisation of the 3M product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives
  • Developing and managing favorable relationships with key decision makers
  • Improving wound care knowledge and providing training and education to customers
  • Identifying patients that will benefit from the product portfolio and promoting appropriate use
  • Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required
  • Developing a business plan to prioritise account calls, activities, penetration, and product use


To set you up for success in this role, 3M is looking for candidates who will have the following qualifications:
  • Life Science/Business/Clinical Degree and/or relevant experience, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) essential
  • Ability to analyse sales data and produce reports, essential
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal, essential
