We are looking for Sales Agents for Konica Minolta. The Sales Agent in Customer Center is an internal sales function within the public and SME market. The employees in this function must support and assist customers with co-sales and support in relation to the existing agreements.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manage our existing SMB and Public customer, providing the best customer service possible
  • Receive inbound calls from various communications channels and from smaller business to larger ones
  • Support the customers placing orders and when possible, focus on up sale and guide to the new digital self-service platform
  • Perform loyalty calls towards selected customers
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channel
  • Knowing our product offerings and being able to explain the benefits and business value add for the customer and always pay attention to customer needs and possible ways to support the customer with an appropriate offer
  • Processing orders in an accurate and fast manner and always with a customer first attitude and a first-time right focus
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints and look for possible opportunities
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Take sales responsibility of named accounts


A strong driver for success in this team will be to guide the customer to the new digital marketplace.

Competencies
  • Written and verbal communications skills are excellent
  • Fluent in both Danish and English
  • Fast learner with good IT skills
  • Previous sales and customer support knowledge are an advantage
  • Excellent telephone and chat manners and you like the contact with customers
  • Interest in social media and experience in using digital channels is an advantage
