The job
As the Supply Chain and Logistics Assistant you will work closely together with the logistics expert working from a to-do list. Therefore you also need to be motivated by routine tasks and checking things off the list. 75% of the job is physical and you will be moving around a lot and moving things around, although there will be no heavy lifting.

Key responsibilities
  • Management of product samples
  • Mailing of packages and documents
  • Packing of samples for shipment and customer support
  • Filling of displays with product samples
  • Assisting the supply chain team in daily operations


About you
We imagine that you are studying something within supply chain or logistics, but it is not a requirement. Whether you have just begun your studies or are on your last year is not important, as long as you have the right mindset for the task and willingness to learn. The job is mostly hands on, with a bit of administrative tasks as well, so it is important that you enjoy moving around during work.

Required: To apply for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in Denmark and already be living in the country.

Furthermore, we expect that you:
  • Speak either English or Danish fluently
  • Are service minded and have a positive and professional attitude
  • Have good communication skills and can work independently
  • Are energetic and self-organized
  • Is motivated by checking things off the list
  • Are reliable and shows up on time


The practical
Work location: Kirkebjerg Allé 88, 2605 Brøndby
Start: As soon as possible.
Duration of employment: Contract running till end of year with the possibility for extension
Work hours: 8 hours a week, flexible schedule
