The role as WinRest Manager
As part of its development in Scandinavia Newrest is recruiting its future WinRest Manager for that region, based in Copenhagen. As a Winrest (Newrest ERP) Manager, you will manage the set up of Winrest and provide end-users with assistance in the use of the software, during the deployment period or after, and will contribute to resolving any difficulties encountered. You contribute to the change management. You report to the project actors the requests for evolutions and the dysfunctions. Specialized in WinRest, you help and advise the end user to use his software tools properly. At the junction of the Group IT Department, the local IT Department and the operations, you intervene directly with the users
Some of your work duties will be:
- To be the main person when it comes to deployment of solutions of the ERP system
- To support end users of this system in various aspects
- To be an asset when it comes to change support such as to be of assistance during IT changeover phases
- To be the key role for service delivery of the ERP system
- Be responsible for the provision of training services such as identifying training
- Analyze business processes and associated information requirements and provides the most appropriate information structure

It is within you passion to develop the system forward and we would be happy to see that you have a genuine interest for ERP systems. As a person, you are persistent and are positive about challenges. We would also be keen to see that you feel that you deliver as best in an international atmosphere. Going forward, we hope to see that you have experience or knowledge from the ERP system WinRest, but do not hesitate to apply should you have experience from a similar ERP system. You are also fluent in English or Danish.
Place of work: Copenhagen Airport and start date as soon as possible.
